Supporting Children Through Strong Adult Foundations

Partnering with Schools and Communities

I collaborate with schools, educators, and community organizations to create nurturing environments where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive. Whether I’m helping staff respond to big emotions, guiding teams to understand the nervous system’s role in behavior, or weaving connections into daily routines, my focus is on supporting both children and the adults who care for them.

Expertise Bridging Mental Health and Education

With over a decade of experience in school-based settings and a Post-Master’s Credential in Administrative Services, I bridge mental health support with educational systems. I provide trauma-informed consultation, staff wellness support, and professional development that respects both student needs and educator realities.

A Relational, Brain-Body Approach

My work is grounded in brain-body practices, attachment science, neurodevelopment, and interpersonal neurobiology. I’ve worked within multidisciplinary teams, including educators, speech and occupational therapists, and neurodevelopmental psychologists. This gives me insight into individual and system-wide needs.
Supporting children’s development and social-emotional wellbeing is a team effort, and adults are the foundation. When educators, caregivers, and community members feel supported and understood, they are better equipped to offer that same sense of safety and connection to the children in their care.

Why This Matters

Rooted in the neuroscience of emotional regulation,
I believe when adults feel connected and supported, children feel safer and more able to thrive.
