Our earliest experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to nurturing the emotional wellbeing of children.
Since 2011, I’ve supported little ones and their grown-ups with compassion, connection, and play. Using relationship-based, brain-body approaches, I nurture a safe place for children to explore feelings and embrace who they truly are.
I’m especially committed to highlighting the importance of infant and child mental health because those early years often lay the foundation for lifelong wellbeing for children, families, and communities.
